Welcome to the General Services Associations (GSA) website.

The General Services Association is committed to developing and disseminating best practice in the prevention and management of aggression and violence on a national and international level.

Read the Association's Objectives, Philosophy and Values

Although this site is primarily for full members of the Association, there are several sections available to the general public.

This includes information about the Association and details types of membership and the application process, details of General Services Tutor Training and Update courses, and a list of useful links and references relating to the prevention and management of aggression and violence.
All these areas may be accessed by using the navigation bar above.

Full members may access the restricted areas within the members' area, which contains more in-depth information, including the Associations policies, recommendations and fact sheets, and the opportunity to access and contribute to the message board.
